Why?

I have more than 12 years of experience with Microsoft operating systems, since their early beginnings.

In this time, I ended up fixing a large variety of bugs and eliminating unwanted situations, around Windows itself and software running on Windows.

I’ve had lots to do with organizing conference media presentations, and also with coding different applications, in quite a few frameworks.

I’ve tried them all (i.e. software applications and solutions) and I’ve seen them all.

So why not use that experience and give a hand?

How?

CrossLoop is a nice software that gives relatively easy access to your display, mouse and keyboard. With it, I can connect to your computer and find my way around fixing your terminal. You can always see what I am doing, and disconnect me accordingly, so don’t worry about your computer’s security. No data will be downloaded, no information will be transfered.

After contacting me, just

• download it
• install & run it
• click the Share tab
• let me know what the Access Code is
• click Connect and wait for me
